Job summary

Serenity is seeking a Member Sales Associate to join our on-site Colorado team. This high-touch, relationship-driven role guides clients through options with clarity and confidence, helping them move forward and feel supported throughout the process.

You’ll meet individual KPIs, handle objections with poise, coordinate handoffs between internal teams, and build trust with clients. Serenity offers strong benefits (90% employer-paid medical/dental/vision, 401(k), 10 PTO days starting, holidays)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, concierge, premium service)
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets
• Ability to build trust quickly and engage clients
• Resilience in handling rejection and staying focused on outcomes
• Strong active listening skills
• Able to manage a high volume of interactions without quality loss
• Some leadership experience or desire to grow into one

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through options with clarity and consultative approach
• Listen carefully, ask the right questions, document client information
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance
• Handle objections with composure and redirect to solutions
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to keep the client experience seamless
