Responsibilities

• Guide clients through options with clarity and consultative approach.
• Listen, ask questions, and document client information accurately.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance.
• Handle objections with composure and redirect to solutions.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients to maintain momentum.
