You’ll guide clients through options, listen carefully, document information, and work toward personal and team KPIs with accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, or premium service environments preferred.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets and self-motivation to raise the bar.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to manage a high volume of interactions without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through available options with clarity and a consultative approach.
• Listen carefully, document client information accurately.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance with accountability.
• Handle objections with composure and redirect toward solutions.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients to maintain momentum and prevent gaps.
