Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, sales-adjacent, or premium service environments.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets and the self-motivation to raise the bar.
• Builds trust quickly and makes people feel comfortable.
• Handles rejection well—learns from it and stays focused on the outcome.
• Strong active listening skills and attention to detail in conversations.
• Able to manage a high volume of interactions without quality slipping.
• Some leadership experience or interest in growing into a team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through options with clarity and a consultative approach, encouraging the next step.
• Listen carefully, ask questions, and document client information accurately.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance goals.
• Handle objections with composure and persistence, redirecting toward solutions.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
