Avis Budget Group is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist in West Palm Beach, FL. You will be the face of first-class service, delivering vehicles directly to customers and ensuring a premium, personalized experience from delivery to collection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably hospitality or car rental.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using various mobile devices.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Act as the front-line customer experience specialist for Avis First customers, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from delivery to collection.
• Deliver a best-in-class experience by providing a welcoming, professional interaction and guiding customers through the rental process.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection in collaboration with team members and management.
• Communicate proactively with premium customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and special requests.
• Greet customers upon arrival, assist with luggage, open doors and provide a vehicle overview.
