Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, a professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility across shifts and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience preferred.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with mobile devices and tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers with welcoming, professional interactions.
• Provide premium customer experience by delivering vehicles to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team and management.
• Communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and locations.
• Greet customers on arrival, assist with luggage, and overview the rental vehicle.
