• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dealership service software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying service needs.
• Document vehicle concerns and create accurate repair orders.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on inspections and diagnostics.
• Provide clear explanations of services, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow.

• Identify and present upsell opportunities for additional services and preventative maintenance.
