Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor in Denton, TX to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, delivering a premium, luxury-level experience throughout intake to delivery.

You will build trust, drive service revenue, and coordinate with technicians to ensure clear communication and timely service completion. A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities is present.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend services confidently.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dealership service software and computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or technical degree preferred).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and identify service needs promptly and professionally.
• Document vehicle concerns and create accurate repair orders.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on inspections.
• Explain services, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
