RBM of Alpharetta is a luxury car dealership focused on providing outstanding customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you will demonstrate vehicles, guide clients through the sales process, and provide after-sale support to ensure a seamless experience.

You will prospect and follow up on leads to achieve unit sales and maintain high customer satisfaction scores, while adhering to dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles and features to clients.
• Guide clients through the sales experience and provide after-sale service.
• Prospect and cultivate self-generated leads; follow up on inquiries to meet sales targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive social media exposure.
• Structure deals to achieve dealership profit and F&I goals.
