Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dealership customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and online chats to schedule service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for service campaigns and follow-ups on missed appointments.
• Actively listen to clients to determine service needs and explain options.
• Record information in computer applications during scheduling and resolution.
• Communicate potential issues with customers and departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform daily deposit and reconcile accounting schedules as needed.
