Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a service advisor preferred.
• High school diploma or the equivalent and authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic communication and problem solving skills; and basic mathematical skills using American units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to clients and interpret body language to exceed expectations and de-escalate issues.
• Communicate with service customers; test drive client cars and provide technicians with essential information.
• Complete accurate walk-arounds to record vehicle condition on arrival.
• Advise customers on maintenance plans and explain additional work, costs and time.
• Handle inquiries about work in process, appointments, and general questions; respond promptly.
