RBM of Alpharetta is seeking a Sales Receptionist to warmly greet clients at the dealership, manage the front desk, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth showroom experience.

The role involves updating CRM records, scheduling follow-ups, responding to inquiries, and supporting cross-functional colleagues to deliver outstanding service in a luxury automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and eligible to work in the USA.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome clients and guests to the dealership.
• Maintain customer contact notes in our CRM system.
• Actively listen to clients and interpret needs to exceed expectations.
• Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management and other departments.
• Assist Salespeople with printing and distributing survey follow up lists.
• Respond to 5-star web reviews with pre-written responses.
• Abide by company policy and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
