RateHawk, a fast-growing international travel-tech company, is seeking a Premier Reservation Manager to support VIP clients and ensure seamless travel arrangements.

You’ll handle hotel, transport, and excursion bookings, negotiate terms, prepare offers, and provide post-booking support while maintaining exceptional service standards. This remote role offers a flexible schedule and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of hotel bases in Russia and popular destinations (Europe, Asia).
• Tech requirements: functioning computer and microphone.

Responsibilities

• Work with VIP clients: receive and process requests for booking hotels, transport, and excursions.
• Formation of a commercial offer to the client; negotiate cost, cancellation terms, booking and payment with hotels and suppliers.
• Search and book accommodation options and additional services per request; handle post-booking changes or cancellations.

What You’ll Do:

Work with VIP clients:

• Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world;
• Formation of a commercial offer to the client;
• Searching and booking of accommodation options, additional services, according to the request;
• Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers;
• Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Russian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
• Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
• Travel Knowledge: Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations: countries in Europe, Asia.
• Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
