Job summary

RateHawk is seeking a Premier Reservation Manager to work with VIP clients, handle bookings for hotels, transport, and experiences worldwide, and craft commercial offers. You will negotiate terms with hotels and suppliers, and provide support for post-booking issues from home in a remote, international environment.

Ideal candidates will have English and Russian proficiency, strong soft skills, quick learning ability, and travel industry experience in concierge, TMC, DMC, or tour operators, with

Qualifications

English and Russian proficiency both written and spoken.
Soft skills: kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, responsibility.
Quick learner with results focus.
Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
Knowledge of hotel bases in Russia and popular destinations: Europe, Asia.

Responsibilities

Handle VIP client bookings: hotels, transport, excursions worldwide.
Prepare commercial offers for clients.
Search and book accommodations and add-on services per request.
Negotiate costs, cancellation terms, booking and payment with hotels/suppliers.
Support clients with post-booking changes, cancellations, relocations.
