Job summary

USI is seeking a dedicated account manager to service Premier client accounts, drive renewal proposals, and ensure retention through proactive client engagement in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Responsibilities include managing pre-renewal activities, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate records while delivering superior client service and expertise in property and casualty coverage.

Qualifications

• Maintains 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement.
• Provides technical insurance coverage expertise for premier clients.
• Completes new business process and renewal activities with carriers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of Client Accounts by proactive client engagement.
• Provide technical expertise with service of new and existing clients.
• Complete USI New Business Process for new clients, including communication plans.
• Manage pre-renewal activities for Premier clients and deliver renewal proposals.
• Execute on policy renewals and maintain renewal expirations.
• Respond to underwriters' questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management systems.
• Direct clients in submitting first reports of claims.
