Job summary

USI is seeking a dedicated client services professional to manage Tier 1 Premier client accounts, ensuring high retention and proactive engagement. You will handle renewal marketing, respond to client questions, and conduct annual coverage reviews with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Role requires knowledge of Personal Lines P&C insurance, relevant licenses, and strong communication. Experience with renewal processes and carrier interactions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance and understanding of coverages, underwriting and rating concepts.
• High School Graduate. College degree preferred, but not required.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPRIA, CPCU or pursuing designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of Client Accounts through proactive client engagement and renewal communications.
• Provide technical insurance coverage knowledge to new and existing clients and assist in account development.
• Complete USI New Business Process for new clients including communications plan and welcome packets.
• Manage pre-renewal activities for Premier clients and deliver renewal proposals.
• Execute on policy renewals; issue proof of insurance and maintain renewal expirations.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly and maintain accurate agency management records.
• Provide guidance to clients on claims reporting and coordinate carrier responses.
