USI is seeking a client services professional to service and manage Tier 1 Premier accounts, focusing on renewals, client inquiries, and annual coverage reviews. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to USI best practices, and proactive communication to retain clients.

Competenze

Up to 5 years experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance.
High School graduate; college degree preferred.
Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
Industry designation (ARM, CIC, CPRIA, CPCU) or pursuing designation.
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred.

Mansioni

Maintain minimum 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement and renewals.
Provide technical insurance knowledge and client service for new and existing accounts.
Complete USI New Business Process for new clients and deliver welcome packets.
Manage pre-renewal activities for Premier clients and schedule risk assessments.
Deliver renewal proposals and coordinate quotes with markets as needed.
Respond to underwriters' questions promptly and maintain documentation accuracy.
Guide clients in submitting first reports of claims and coordinate with carriers.
