Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Client Services Specialist to manage Premier client accounts, drive renewals, and provide expert knowledge on Property & Casualty coverage. The role focuses on proactive engagement, accurate documentation, and timely responses to inquiries, ensuring high retention and seamless renewals.

You will collaborate with carriers and internal teams, support onboarding, and contribute to best-practice service standards across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain at least 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement.
• Provide technical insurance knowledge and account development support.
• Manage new client onboarding and pre-renewal activities with communication plans.
• Lead renewal meetings and deliver renewal proposals to Premier clients.
• Coordinate policy renewals, issue proofs of insurance, and prevent lapses.
• Respond to underwriter inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Guide clients on claims reporting and carrier interactions.
