Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an experienced client services professional to manage and service Tier 1 Premier client accounts. The role focuses on renewal marketing, responding to client questions, and conducting annual client coverage reviews.

Key responsibilities include proactive client engagement to maintain high retention, delivering renewal proposals, and coordinating with carriers to ensure accurate policies and timely renewals. Strong insurance knowledge and license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Personal Lines P&C insurance or related field.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license or be able to obtain.
• Desire to pursue industry designation (ARM/CIC/CIP/CPRIA/CPCU) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement and outreach.
• Provide technical expertise on coverage, products, and industry updates.
• Complete new client onboarding and review communications with clients and carriers.
• Lead pre-renewal activities and present renewal proposals to Premier clients.
• Process policy renewals and ensure continuous coverage; respond to underwriter inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate agency management and documentation records.
• Guide clients in submitting first reports of claims and coordinate carrier responses.
