Job summary

USI is seeking a Client Account Manager to service Premier personal lines clients, drive retention, and handle renewal-related activities in a fast-paced team environment.

You will provide insurance expertise, coordinate new business processes, and prepare renewal proposals while maintaining accuracy in records and client communications. A license is required, with designation encouraged.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance.
• High School Graduate; College degree preferred, but not required.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Hold an industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU or pursue further knowledge.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy.
• Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Keep informed on industry information and product updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement.
• Provide technical insurance knowledge with service to new and existing clients.
• Complete USI New Business Process for new clients with communication plans.
• Manage all pre-renewal activities for Premier clients and schedule risk assessments.
• Execute on policy renewals and maintain renewal expirations to avoid lapses.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly.
• Maintain high accuracy in agency management and document systems.
• Provide guidance to clients in submitting first reports of claims.
