USI is a leading insurance brokerage focused on servicing and retaining Tier 1 Premier clients. You will manage renewals, answer client questions, and conduct annual coverage reviews to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include proactive client engagement, renewal proposals, and coordinating with carriers. The role requires P&C licensure, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance.
• High school graduate; college degree preferred but not required.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPRIA, CPCU or pursue designation.

Responsabilités

• Maintain minimum 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement.
• Provide insurance expertise and account development support for new/existing clients.
• Complete New Business Process for new clients and establish client communication plans.
• Manage pre-renewal activities for Premier clients including renewal meetings and risk assessments.
• Execute policy renewals, issue proofs of insurance, and maintain expiration reminders.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management and document systems.
• Guide clients in submitting first reports of claims and facilitate carrier response.
