Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Overland Park is seeking a client-focused account handler to service Tier 1 Premier clients. You will manage renewals, respond to client questions, and perform annual coverage reviews while adhering to USI Best Practices.

You should have up to 5 years in Personal Lines P&C, hold a Property & Casualty license, and pursue industry designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPRIA, CPCU or pursuing designation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of Client Accounts by proactive client engagement.
• Provide technical expertise in insurance coverage and products for new and existing clients.
• Complete USI New Business Process for new clients, including communication plan and welcome packets.
• Manage all pre-renewal activities for Premier clients and deliver renewal proposals.
• Execute on policy renewals; provide proof of insurance and maintain renewal expirations.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management and document systems.
• Guide clients in submitting first reports of claims and facilitate carrier responses.
