Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience from design through operation with risk, procurement, and contract exposure.
• Travel up to 60% nationwide and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cross-functional industrial preconstruction projects from site selection through design, permitting, and contract execution.
• Lead site validation, scope development, and design management to align with Amazon's standards.
• Manage multiple large projects across locations, monitor KPIs, and control scope and schedule.
• Interact with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Entitlements, Construction, Finance, and external partners to drive delivery.
• Prepare project status, risk reports, and present updates to leadership.
