Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager for its Global Engineering Services NA D&C. You will act as the senior owner's representative, autonomously leading complex industrial preconstruction initiatives from site selection through design, permitting, and contract execution across your region.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, budget, and schedule, while mentoring other PCM professionals and contributing to playbooks and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, or related construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% nationwide.
