Schneider Electric is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to ensure accurate order processing in ERP and PA modules, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver seamless fulfillment. The role emphasizes attention to detail, customer focus, and fast-paced problem solving within a cross-functional environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of order entry or data entry experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Oracle/SAP ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or related field
• Experience with complex or project-based orders (e.g., CTO, PA, or custom solutions) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and ERP/order management systems such as Oracle and SAP
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in cross-functional organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume order processing
• Adaptability to changing processes, systems, and business needs
• Experience leveraging digital tools (automation, reporting dashboards, or AI tools like Copilot) to improve efficiency

Responsabilités

• Execute order administration functions to perform order processing transactions in the ERP and PA modules with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Review and verify order information, including pricing, product SKUs, and shipping details
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve PO discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of orders and related documentation within Service Now
• Provide support for customer inquiries related to order status
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience
• Identify and address issues that may impact order conversion or customer satisfaction
