Job summary

Voltage is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to manage customer purchase orders from receipt through validation, ERP entry, and handoff to Project Management and Operations. This role collaborates with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure orders are accurate, complete, properly approved, and processed on time.

Applicants should have strong SAP/ERP experience, proficiency in Excel, and excellent organizational skills to manage

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years experience in order processing or related roles.
Experience with SAP or ERP strongly preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, and validate customer purchase orders against quotations and terms.
Confirm order details including products, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Enter orders into SAP or other ERP systems and maintain records.
Coordinate cross-functional order reviews with Sales, PM, Eng, Finance, Legal, and Ops.
Process revisions and changes with required approvals and ERP updates.
Track orders from receipt through final release and communicate commitments.
