Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Verify order accuracy including pricing, quantities and shipping details.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email regarding orders and lead times.
• Process order changes, backorders, returns, freight estimates and shipping docs.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Shipping, Warehouse, Accounting and Sales to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Representative - Order Entry
Pay: $22-$27

Position Summary

Support customers throughout the order process by accurately entering orders, resolving discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service related to pricing, product availability, shipping, invoices, freight, ETAs, and order status. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Ideal Candidate

A detail-oriented customer service professional with experience in order entry/data entry, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office who can efficiently manage customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and work cross-functionally to support order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer purchase orders in the ERP system.


• Verify order accuracy, including pricing, quantities, part numbers, and shipping details.


• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, availability, shipping, invoices, and lead times.


• Process order changes, backorders, returns, freight estimates, and shipping documentation.


• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Shipping, Warehouse, Accounting, and Sales teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
