Techniks Tool Group is seeking a Data Entry and Order Intake Specialist to accurately receive, enter, and process customer orders across ERP, CRM, and related systems. You will coordinate with sales, inventory, shipping, and billing to ensure timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer orders through email, phone, online portals, or EDI.
• Enter orders accurately into ERP, CRM, or order management system.
• Verify product details, quantities, pricing, customer information, addresses, and delivery dates.
• Confirm order details and availability with customers and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, or pricing issues.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to support timely fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process order changes, cancellations, returns, credits, and replacements.
• Prepare order confirmations, reports, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow confidentiality and data security policies.
• Assist with process improvements and other duties as assigned.
