Qualifications

• Suitable degree in business related field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or customer service preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems
• Experience using SAP and Oracle highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter and forward orders to the correct entity, schedule, and execute in a timely manner
• Check orders to ensure correct product specs, delivery, certification and documentation requirements
• Identify and bring to light discrepancies in tasks and propose options to resolve
• Communicate across departments to answer customers regarding purchase orders
