Job summary

Siemens is hiring an Order Entry Specialist to process high-volume data entry from source documents into our CRM systems and ensure order accuracy. You will identify errors, drive timely resolutions, and provide excellent customer service across various order types.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in customer support for industrial electrical products and be familiar with SAP, Salesforce, and COMPAS. Hybrid work arrangement available across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a customer support role in industrial/electrical distribution.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and COMPAS.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and verify data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve order errors and respond promptly to issues.
• Communicate pricing, product verification and availability via CRM tools.
• Handle multiple product order types including sample, credit card, configured made-to-order and stock products.
