Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or related field.
• Experience with complex or project-based orders (e.g., CTO, PA, or custom solutions).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP/order management systems like Oracle and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working in a cross-functional organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume order processing.
• Adaptability to changing processes, systems, and business needs.
• Experience leveraging digital tools (automation, dashboards, or AI tools) to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute order administration functions to perform order processing transactions in ERP and PA modules with high accuracy.
• Review and verify order information, including pricing, product SKUs, and shipping details.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve PO discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of orders and related documentation within Service Now.
• Provide support for customer inquiries related to order status.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and increase efficiency.
• Identify and elevate issues that may impact order conversion or customer satisfaction.
