Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or a related administrative role.
• Experience in flooring, cabinet, or construction industry preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in the ERP system.
• Verify order details against project documentation before entry.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Management to ensure materials are available for production.
• Communicate with Production, Design Studio, and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic order files and support SOP development.
• Assist with model home orders and prepare required forms.
