Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to process high-volume data entry into CRM systems and resolve order issues while delivering excellent customer service. The role supports multiple order types across electrical distribution products and requires strong SAP, Salesforce, and COMPAS knowledge.

Hybrid work across Peachtree Corners, GA; Rolling Meadows, IL; Harleysville, PA. You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Support role supporting industrial or construction electrical distribution products.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and COMPAS.
• High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and verify accuracy of data entered into CRM.
• Identify and resolve order errors; respond to semi-complex complaints within authority.
• Process multiple order types including sample requests, credit card, configured made to order, stock products and project orders.
• Communicate pricing, product verification, and availability to customers, suppliers and affiliates.
