You will demonstrate deep technical understanding and translate customer needs into integrated proposals, demonstrations, and tailored technical content throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, building compelling technical proposals, and guiding customers from pre-proposal discussions to successful integration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to ten years of related experience in selling complex integrated solutions.
• Strong consultative and analytical selling background.

Responsibilities

• Provides presales technical expertise to sales and customers during the sales process.
• Assists in sales calls by assessing business needs through discussions and white-boarding.
• Develops technical proposals showing how products meet customer needs and integrate with customer systems.
• Conducts product/solution demonstrations as required.
• Presents customer system requirements to enable successful integration and implementation.
• Installs and demonstrates products at customer sites post-sale or coordinates hand-off to implementation.
• Maintains knowledge of competitors and products; informs product management of enhancements.
• Supports sales staff at events/trade shows as needed.
