You will demo the product suite, lead proofs-of-concept, and act as a trusted technical advisor for existing customers, with up to 30% travel and a strong preference for candidates in the Midwest or Southeast.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with multiple environments: AWS, Azure, on-prem.
• Proficiency with Linux.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
