Job summary

Ivalua is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our AMER team, driving strategic engagement with customers and partners in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate with Account Executives, deliver compelling platform demos, and respond to RFPs/RFIs while supporting CRPs and POCs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Management and R&D, a keen interest in AI, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience or equivalent
• Experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain functions
• Proficiency with SaaS and cloud-based applications
• Ability to articulate value and sell SaaS/Cloud-based solutions
• Expertise in Spend Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, or eProcurement domains
• Strong interest in AI and Agentic AI
• Aware of solution roadmaps and competitive offers

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover objectives, pain points and requirements
• Create strategic sales strategies and presentations for prospects
• Present the Ivalua Platform with engaging demos
• Provide responses to RFPs/RFIs and support all activities through the sales cycle
• Support CRPs and POCs for advanced prospect requirements
• Coordinate with Product Management and R&D for product feedback
• Embrace AI as a tool and product and demonstrate AI capabilities
• Travel up to 30% as an essential function of the role
