Job summary

Impact is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its AI Solutions New Business channel. The role blends sales and consulting to turn qualified opportunities into profitable revenue, partnering with AEs/SDRs and leveraging SMEs for technical validation.

You’ll develop business cases, manage discovery, and progress deals from qualification to close. You will build credibility with executive buyers, self-generate pipeline, and grow into ownership of pricing, proposals, and post-signature credits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or sales-consulting with a client-facing focus.
• Exposure to AI, SaaS, Data & Analytics, or enterprise tech is helpful but not required.
• Strong ability to build business cases and articulate value to executive buyers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch AEs and SDRs to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Learn to self-generate additional pipeline when branch access is insufficient.
• Lead discovery and opportunity maturation with the AE.
• Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and price/negotiation strategies.
• Sell the full AI and Applications portfolio with SMEs support.
• Grow to own solution pricing, proposals, and close jointly with the AE.
• Maintain CRM and forecast discipline across the opportunity lifecycle.
• Retain credit for six months post-signature on deals originated by this role.
