Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Consulting, Sales Enablement, Process Improvement, or Technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience with AI platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience with workflow automation and productivity tools.
