Job summary

American Fidelity seeks an AI Sales Solutions Consultant to identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that boost sales productivity and efficiency. You will partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, IT, Product, and other leaders to uncover opportunities where AI streamlines processes and improves customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate experience considered in lieu of degree
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Consulting, Sales Enablement, Process Improvement, or Technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Salesforce Einstein, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
• Experience with workflow automation and productivity tools
• Familiarity with change management practices
• Experience creating business cases and ROI analyses
