Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with sales and internal teams, moving beyond demos to connect platform capabilities with measurable customer outcomes. You’ll uncover technical requirements, develop prototypes, and validate enterprise value of the Workiva platform.

You will engage customers via calls, web sessions, and onsite meetings, guiding them through technical evaluations and proofs of concept, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure a technical win.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements and discovery to identify customer needs.
• Develop Proofs of Concept and prototypes to validate requirements.
• Deliver solution demonstrations across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability domains.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Client Services to achieve team goals.
• Drive Tech Win by proving technical viability and value over current processes.
