Fin is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Solutions Team. You’ll engage with customers as their trusted advisor, shaping value across the sales cycle and partnering with Product, R&D, and Engineering to keep customer insights at the core of our AI-powered solutions.

In this role, you’ll lead technical discovery, deliver high-impact pre-sales presentations, and design tailored POCs while collaborating across teams to drive customer success and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical pre-sales role with C-Level engagements.
• Strong technical discovery and value presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proven time management in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs.
• Deliver pre-sales experiences articulating Fin's value.
• Conduct solution reviews and technical sessions.
• Design tailored POCs and respond to RFPs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering; represent customer voice.
• Assist with security questions and use standardized materials.
• Support building SE playbooks and process improvements.
