Job summary

Ada, a leading AI customer service company, is seeking a Presales Consultant for its North American Solutions Consulting team. You will be the technical voice in deals, partner with Account Managers to run discovery, and design automation-first solutions across chat, email and voice.

You'll own technical scoping, craft prospect-branded demos, and drive proofs of concept to close. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the next wave of Ada's AI platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in presales, solutions consulting or presales engineering.
• Proven track record of winning deals through value communication.
• Strong understanding of AI tech and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical scope from discovery to final scoping for North American accounts.
• Deliver custom demos (chat, email, voice) and reusable assets for the team.
• Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept with clients.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Professional Services after closes.
• Address RFPs and security questionnaires with well-supported answers.
