Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable, highly available cloud/on-prem distributed systems.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and advise improvements.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, performant applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and articulate business value.
• Partner with sales to prioritize opportunities and manage technical discovery and demos.
• Generate demand and participate in industry events and ABM activities.
• Foster customer success, build champions, and mentor team members.
