Job summary

Cloud Software Group is hiring an Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to partner with customers across the Americas and international markets. You will translate regulatory and business challenges into compelling Arctera use cases, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and guide customers from solution strategy through adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, compliance technology, financial services technology, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, APIs, data sources, identity/security concepts, and modern enterprise architectures.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Governance, IT, Security, and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets, partnering with Sales and Solutions Architects throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and live trials/POCs to address regulatory requirements and business outcomes.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for use cases involving compliance workflows, surveillance, archiving, eDiscovery, investigations, and information governance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Partners to drive Net New ARR growth and win opportunities.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with questions involving product capabilities, compliance use cases, workflows, and technical functionality.
