Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to help customers connect compliance and business outcomes with Arctera’s capabilities. You will lead strategic technical engagements, tailor demonstrations, and guide customers from solution strategy through adoption and value realization across the Americas and international markets.

Leverage 8+ years in enterprise SaaS/FinTech/RegTech to articulate differentiation, run POCs, and enable the broader pre-sales team.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech.
Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Governance, IT and business functions; translating needs into technology solutions.
Proven pre-sales experience including discovery, solution demos, workshops, trials, POCs and RFP/RFI responses.
Strong understanding of SaaS/cloud technologies, APIs, data sources, identity/security concepts, and modern architectures.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for technical and senior stakeholders.
Able to partner with Account Executives, Solutions Architects and Partners through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets, partnering with Sales and Solutions Architects.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing regulatory and business value.
Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives and outcomes.
Serve as SME for use cases involving compliance workflows, eDiscovery, archiving and surveillance.
Collaborate with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities and address objections.
Support RFP/RFI responses and competitive opportunities.
