Job summary

Cloud Software Group, a global cloud solutions provider, seeks an Account Technology Strategist to partner with customers in the Americas and international markets, translating regulatory challenges into Arctera use cases and guiding adoption from strategy to value realization.

You will conduct discovery with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and IT stakeholders, tailor product demonstrations, run trials and POCs, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Product to accelerate net-new

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or related customer-facing tech roles.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech is required.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, communications compliance/surveillance, information governance, eDiscovery, archiving, investigations, or data governance.
• Experience supporting net-new customer acquisition with discovery, demonstrations, trials, POCs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business challenges into compelling business and technical use cases.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
• Conduct discovery with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Surveillance, Information Governance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into Arctera use cases and solution narratives.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing workflows, regulatory requirements, and outcomes.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities and address objections.
• Support competitive opportunities by articulating Arctera's capabilities and value.
• Engage in RFP/RFI responses involving product capabilities and compliance use cases.
