Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks a senior pre-sales technologist to drive net-new ARR across the Americas and international markets. You will bring deep compliance, FinTech, and RegTech expertise to guide customers from strategy to adoption, delivering tailored demos and leading POCs with a focus on regulatory requirements and business value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Partners, shaping用 tech solutions and responding to RFPs/RFIs while staying current on

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong regulatory and technology challenges understanding in financial institutions.
• Experience with compliance use cases, eDiscovery, information governance, and archiving.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across Americas and Intl markets with Sales and Solutions Architects.
• Translate regulatory and business challenges into technology solutions and use cases.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations addressing workflows, compliance, and outcomes.
• Design and execute trials and POCs with clear success criteria.
• Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities and address objections.
• Support competitive opportunities with differentiated value messaging.
• Engage with Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, Security, and Business stakeholders.
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses related to product capabilities and regulatory use cases.
• Develop reusable demo scenarios and enablement materials for scale.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving financial services regulations and AI applications in compliance.
