Job summary
Cloud Software Group, a leading cloud solutions provider, seeks an Account Technology Strategist to drive Net New ARR across the Americas and International markets. You will translate regulatory needs into compelling technical use cases, deliver tailored demos, and run trials/POCs to close opportunities.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
- Experience in Compliance, FinTech or RegTech with regulatory challenges.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, communications compliance, information governance, eDiscovery, archiving, investigations.
- Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT and business functions.
- Experience supporting net‑new customer acquisition with technical discovery and RFP/RFI responses.
Responsibilities
- Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
- Translate regulatory and business challenges into Arctera use cases and solution narratives.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing workflows and compliance requirements.
- Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear success criteria.
- Serve as SME for compliance workflows including communications, archiving, eDiscovery.
