Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an experienced Account Technology Strategist to drive net-new ARR by translating regulatory challenges into actionable technology solutions. The role involves leading tailored product demonstrations, trials, and POCs for customers across the Americas and international markets, with a focus on compliance workflows and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, compliance tech, financial services tech, sales engineering, or related customer-facing roles.
Strong experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech with regulatory challenges.
Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Governance, IT, Security, and business functions.

Responsibilities

Support net-new customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing regulatory needs and compliance use cases.
Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives and success criteria.
Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities and address technical objections.
Maintain deep knowledge of evolving financial-services regulations and AI applications in compliance.
