Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to support net-new customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets. You will translate regulatory challenges into compelling use cases, deliver tailored demos, and run POCs to showcase how our cloud solutions address compliance workflows.

The role emphasizes deep domain expertise in Compliance, FinTech, and RegTech, with strong SaaS and cloud technology understanding.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, compliance technology or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech is required.
Strong understanding of SaaS/cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, APIs, data sources, identity/security concepts, and modern enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

Support net-new customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets, partnering with Sales and Solutions Architects.
Translate regulatory and business challenges into Arctera use cases and solution narratives that show measurable value.
Design, configure, and execute trials and Proofs of Concept (POCs) with clear objectives and outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partners to identify and win Net New opportunities.
